“During the past few years we have carried through a comprehensive development of the maintenance activities at Gasgrid. This has consisted of three different projects: In the beginning of 2020 we commenced a current state analysis for the maintenance activities. In the analysis we investigated our organization structure, know-how and the potentials for the business development. The works were continued with a criticality analysis for the life cycle management’s results. In the summer 2020 we started a renewal project for the digital maintenance management system and in the autumn the competitive tendering and procurement of the technical services for the maintenance.”
